Came in twice in the last week, first time i asked the older woman behind the counter for help finding a few different types of flowers the wife sent me in for and she brushed me off. Browsed the store, found what I came in for, and at the register she was super short with me. Came in again a few days later to grab more stuff for the wife's garden and the same thing, same older cashier with a snarky attitude. Probably worth the extra drive for me just to go to the moana location but this was closer to my house. Learned my lesson

Pick the rock type that we wanted, pay at the cashier, and left. The whole thing is pretty smooth. Staff is knowledgeable and nice! Thanks for helping us! Good selection of rocks. 🪨

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a rock delivery just under 2 weeks ago for 2-4" Lodi Rock. Today was the first available delivery date between 8-9 am. My credit card was charged. The truck finally showed at 10 am with the wrong rock. We were told they lost our order and phone number. The driver said he would be back in 1 hour with the correct rock. 3 hours later he showed with zero rock and advised us they were all out and did not know when they would get more in. I have tried calling the office numerous times and I only get a recording.

Great place for the homeowner to get supplies. Only place in Reno open 7 days a week for those of us that can't do it during the week.
